Cozy

I feel that I've been MIA lately in the blogging world. We haven't really been doing anything exciting or that I have felt is blog worthy. C and I have been trying to lay low since one of our purchases (BIG purchases). But with that being said, I've been spending a lot of time at home. Since it's been so cold lately it's just so nice to cuddle up on the couch and get cozy. The pups love it! I know most people are over all the snow but I am secretly hoping we get snowed in again. I loved it!! I love bumming around in sweats on cold days and just watching the pretty snow fall. It's so serene! 

They find the weirdest positions to be comfortable.

Sunday Night Dinner

We just got back from having a nice family dinner at Sugos. We definitely love Italian food and this by far a great place to get it in town. So good. My brother heads back to school tomorrow so we had to have one last family dinner. Can't wait to visit him back in Kentucky in April. Tonight I got to bust out my heels. :)

Puffy Vest & Heels

One thing I really want to do is to wear heels more and dress up a little more this year. I love heels, I am just horrible at walking in them. But that is going to change! 

Last night we got dinner with some friends and then came home and relaxed. These past couple of weekends have been really low key and I am loving it!! Now that the holidays are over things are less hectic.

This is the outfit I wore to dinner last night. Although I didn't wear the heels because of the weather. It poured rain all night. So I opted for my riding boots.

Diesel was wanting to chew on the heel so bad. 

Snowed In

I cannot believe this weather we are having today. I love it! It is seriously so gorgeous. The weather guy called for 6-12 inches for our area and I think he's going to be right this time! Unless we end up getting a little more. I wish I could go and play in it just like we used to but I am snowed in. C shoveled our driveway and then headed out to play in it on his four wheeler with his friends.

Last night we went to watch the Blues game at the Wooden Nickel with my brother and some of his friends. It was fun to catch up with everyone. 

Hope everyone enjoys their snow day! I got the day off tomorrow so I am definitely going to enjoy mine! 

Welcome 2014

 Last night to celebrate the new year we went over to a friends house. It seems so surreal to think that 2014 is our year! We will be married in a little over 8 months!!! I hope this year is just as good as the last if not better! 

 

My resolutions for the new year:

-getting organized 

-taking each day by day

-getting into shape

-eating healthier
