Summer Relaxin'

I received a nice surprise Saturday morning. My husband! He had been gone all week for storm work and didn't think he'd be home over the weekend. He was luckily able to come home Saturday. So we invited our friends over and headed out on the lake. 

It was such a nice relaxing day. We took the tube out for the first time and got to do a couple rounds. It was so fun! We really enjoyed ourselves. 

Yesterday it ended up starting out rainy and muggy. So C and I headed to StL to get a few things. Started out with breakfast and ended with dinner at our favorite local bar. It was a great day spent with my bae. 

So thankful for all that God has blessed me with! 

Aztec

I always look awkward when doing ootd posts. But I enjoy doing them! So oh well. Here's an Aztec one for you.

I wore this outfit out Friday night to see family. It was a bit of a chillier day/night for July hints the sweater and booties. But I kinda enjoyed it! 

My parents learned the word Aztec this weekend and what it meant since I had worn this top Friday. Now they won't stop using it! Haha 

Lake Time

Since we had gotten the pontoon we had really only been out on it once before this weekend.  With the holiday weekend we got to enjoy it so much more and loved every minute of it!! It was a fabulous weekend with great friends and family!! 

We watched the fire works from the boat and got to be on 'lake time' for the whole weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better time!
