Weekend Post

I feel I've been a little MIA lately with my blog. It's been a busy last couple of weeks. 

This past weekend was the hubs birthday. Friday we spent the evening with my parents. Their gift to C was blues tickets and they took us to the game. It was our first game of the season. 

The blues ended up winning 5-1 so we ducked out early and headed to the Casino Queen. No such luck. The weather started getting nasty so it was a long trek home. 

Saturday we drove to the StL to get C's bday present (a tool box). Then came home and got ready for his cousins wedding. It was our first wedding of the season and our first as a married couple! 

He wasn't meaning to but his eyes ended up looking cross eyed. Haha 

Yesterday was spent watching movies and cleaning the house. Sad the weekends over already. 

Back to grind today. 

Busy Weekend

We had a lot planned this weekend. And it seems like the next couple of weekends are pretty jammed too. 

Friday night we got invited to go to PBR for a happy hour and the Dustin Lynch concert. It was a really fun evening. I even rode the bull. Ha 

Saturday we had a first birthday party for a special little girl and then played in a trivia night. 

She loved the cake! It was so cute. 

Today we are just hanging out, cleaning up a bit, and later going to dinner at C's grandparents.
