House Update

Details that is. Another decorating update post. I know I know, your probably asking yourself, can she just stick to one place to put things? I could but then I wouldn't find better places to put my little pieces.  

I bought a new hallway table. Found it on clearance at Target. Instantly loved it! I was looking for something a little higher and wider. It's perfect!

I already switched out the pictures at the bottom, ha I decided to put in a little memory of our rental abode. I just love that picture. 

I found a picture to complete the bedroom gallery wall above the bed. I'm pretty happy with it! 

The table that was in the hallway found a new home in the guest room. And this picture just fit so much better here. 

Beautiful Weekend

The weather we've been having is absolutely gorgeous!! And what better way to enjoy such a gorgeous day than spending it at the winery with great friends! Yesterday we went to the Grafton Winery for my friend Callie's birthday. It was so nice. 

C was asked to take a picture of us girls. This is what I found first on my camera roll. 

So gorgeous! Hope everyone else enjoyed the beautiful weather! 

Coffee Nook

Found some cute little pieces the other day that were perfect for my little coffee nook. I love coffee and would probably be lost without a cup every morning. Thought id share!

I just love it!! Found these little treasures at TJ Maxx on Thursday. And for such a great price!! $2 for the cream and sugar pieces and $4 for the little milk jug. Double score!!

I recently decided to jump on the kimono trend train and bought one. I really like them and think they are so cute! Such a great staple for fall! This is my look from Monday.

House Update: Guest Bathroom

I get in these design/decor ruts every now and then and I just can't help myself but to create new looks and ideas for our house. But I love it! Here's what we've got so far with our guest bath. I'm pretty satisfied with it and I think it's going to stay like this for a while, that is until we start doing some updates on our house. 

Shower curtain was a TJ Maxx find! Love that store! 

I'm obsessed with anything monogrammed. And these towels are just amazing! We got them as a gift for our wedding. Can't believe our initials together are ABC. Haha! Love it! 

Kentucky

This weekend was spent with family in Kentucky where both of my brothers attend school. It was such an awesome time and so nice to get away. 

Friday night we got in town just in time to see my youngest brothers hockey game. 

Saturday we got up and headed to the race track. The horse tracks here are so different than at home. They are extremely much nicer and much more fun! We tailgated and then went into Keeneland. 

That evening we went back to the guys place for a bit and then met up with the parentals for dinner. We managed to go out for a bit after dinner and then called it a night. 

I swear these two are seriously in love. Haha they kill me! 

It was such a great weekend! Can't wait to go back with everyone!

Camera Roll

Things have been crazy nuts the last couple weeks. We got married almost two weekends ago and I started my job that following Monday. 

Tomorrow we leave for the weekend and I am just looking so forward to it!! I always love getting away for a couple days.

This is one of my favorite pictures! My dad and his best friend came to parents day at school. Uncle baldy lives in Iowa and traveled 6 hours to celebrate with us on our special day.
